The article investigates the finite-time adaptive fuzzy control for a class of nonlinear systems with output constraint and input dead-zone. First, by skillfully combining the barrier Lyapunov function, backstepping design method, and finite-time control theory, a novel adaptive state-feedback tracking controller is constructed, and the output constraint of the nonlinear system is not violated. Second, the fuzzy logic system is used to approximate unknown function in the nonlinear system. Third, the finite-time command filter is introduced to avoid the problem of “complexity explosion” caused by repeated differentiations of the virtual control signal in conventional backstepping control schemes. Meanwhile, a new saturation function is added in the compensating signal for filter error to improve control accuracy. Finally, based on Lyapunov stability analysis, all the signals of the closed-loop are proved to be semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded, and the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood region of the origin in a finite time. A simulation example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness for the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

为提高变压器故障诊断准确度,提出了一种基于加权中智C均值算法的变压器故障诊断方法。该方法利用基于样本相似度的加权方法对样本特征进行加权,再引入中智理论对样本的分布重新分配,建立起基于加权中智C均值算法的变压器故障诊断模型。研究结果表明,该方法不仅弥补了传统FCM相同权重分配的不足,有效提高了故障诊断的准确率,且诊断结果产生的中智点对故障的变化预测具有重要意义。  相似文献

针对数控龙门铣床加工中出现的平面度误差问题进行研究与改进,分析工艺系统因素产生的误差,建立加工平面误差的模糊故障树,通过下行法对其进行简化分析,定性分析影响加工平面度误差的最小割集,运用模糊隶属函数定量分析顶事件的发生概率及底事件的发生概率重要度,确定主要因素为工作台形位误差、定位元件误差、热变形等。使用激光测量技术对安装的工作台平面进行矩形布点测量,根据采集数据建立基于最小二乘法的数学模型,运用Matlab软件定性分析平面度的评定,并对超差区域进行改进,最终实现了机床装配与使用要求。  相似文献

针对层次分析法(AHP)处理可靠性分配问题时存在的局限性,将直觉梯形模糊数与层次分析法相结合,提出了一种新的数控机床可靠性分配方法。在确定影响机床可靠性分配的重要因素种类及分配原则后,利用层次分析法确定数控机床可靠性分配问题的层次模型和可靠性分配中影响因素的重要性权重。运用直觉梯形模糊数准确表达出模糊信息和专家意见,最终确定子系统在可靠性分配中的分配比例。以一数控机床为例,通过和层次分析法进行对比,证明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

在GT-SUITE中建立了一维重型柴油机瞬态冷却系统仿真模型,并对冷却系统控制策略的开发方法和控制效果进行了研究。以降低冷却系统附件最小功耗及提高冷却液温度控制精度为目标,分别设计了脉谱前馈与模糊控制、变论域模糊控制、变论域模糊控制加水泵比例积分控制3种控制策略,并在全球统一瞬态试验循环工况下进行发动机台架工况与整车车辆运行工况的仿真计算对比。研究结果表明:相比模糊控制,反馈采用变论域模糊控制能使发动机出口冷却液温度振幅减少37.6%,温度处于±0.5℃区间内的时间增加39.98%,且附件总能耗降低8.58%,冷却性能得到明显改善;额外采用水泵比例积分控制能使发动机出口冷却液温度振幅进一步减少16.1%,温度处于±0.5℃区间内的时间增加15.26%,但附件总能耗相比提高10.3%,提高温控精度但牺牲了附件的功耗。脉谱前馈与变论域模糊控制在温控精度与功耗优化方面整体表现最优,整车运行环境下温控精度相比模糊控制提高49.28%,同时功耗降低8.68%。  相似文献

In modern era, electrical power utilities are more concerned about power quality. In this endeavour, dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) provides adequate support to the system. Accordingly, the present work illustrates intelligent hybrid control mechanism for DVR. Artificial neural network (ANN) is incorporated to obtain real-time optimal gains under distinct voltage situations. Closed loop type 2 fuzzy logic (CLT2-FL) is also realized in order to assist the ANN supported unit concomitantly. In order to enhance the potential of the present DVR, a CLT2-FL controlled maximum power point tracking (MPPT) based proton exchange membrane fuel cell arrangement is also explored in the present study. CLT2-FL module is adopted in DC-DC converter topology to provide simultaneous supply to the loads at different and regulated voltage levels. Consequently, the results are evaluated and compared to the state-of-the-arts which unveil the efficacy of the implemented controller against the oddity seen in the voltage waveform, thereby, exhibiting better voltage regulation and less harmonics. The effectiveness of the implemented MPPT unit from the viewpoints of convergence speed and oscillations is also established.  相似文献

This article investigates an adaptive fuzzy tracking control problem for a class of nontriangular form systems with asymmetric time-varying full state constraints. Unknown functions are approximated by the fuzzy logic systems. A domination approach is employed to tackle the nontriangular form structure. Time-varying asymmetric barrier Lyapunov functions (ABLFs) are adopted to ensure full-state constraints satisfaction. Based on the backstepping technique and time-varying ABLFs, an adaptive controller is proposed and guarantees that all the signals in the closed-loop system are ultimately bounded and the time-varying full state constraints are met. 露天矿爆破是一个受诸多因素共同影响的系统工程,是露天开采的重要环节之一,其爆破效果的优劣直接影响后续工序的完成。提高爆破技术水平和爆破质量,对矿山安全和生产具有重要的意义。本文通过随机森林选择影响爆破效果的主要参数,结合模糊评价确定爆破综合效果,建立了RBF神经网络爆破效果预测模型。将该模型应用于矿山爆破效果预测中,并将爆破现场实测的11组数据作为模型训练样本,另外5组现场数据作为预测样本进行测试,通过与BP神经网络比较,发现RBF神经网络的预测性能更为优越,可广泛应用于现场实践中。  相似文献

This paper focuses on consensus quantized control design problem for uncertain nonlinear multiagent systems with unmeasured states. Every follower can be denoted through a system with unmeasurable states, hysteretic quantized input, and unknown nonlinearities. Fuzzy state observer and Fuzzy logic systems are employed to estimate unmeasured states and approximate unknown nonlinear functions, respectively. The hysteretic quantized input can be split into two bounded nonlinear functions to avoid chattering problem. By combining adaptive backstepping and first‐order filter signals, an observer‐based fuzzy adaptive quantized control scheme is designed for each follower. All signals exist in closed‐loop systems are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded, and all followers can accomplish a desired consensus results. Finally, a numerical example is employed to elaborate the effectiveness of proposed control strategy.  相似文献

q-Rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q-ROFSs), originally presented by Yager, are a powerful fuzzy information representation model, which generalize the classical intuitionistic fuzzy sets and Pythagorean fuzzy sets and provide more freedom and choice for decision makers (DMs) by allowing the sum of the q t h power of the membership and the q t h power of the nonmembership to be less than or equal to 1. In this paper, a new class of fuzzy sets called q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic sets (q-ROULSs) based on the q-ROFSs and uncertain linguistic variables (ULVs) is proposed, and this can describe the qualitative assessment of DMs and provide them more freedom in reflecting their belief about allowable membership grades. On the basis of the proposed operational rules and comparison method of q-ROULSs, several q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic aggregation operators are developed, including the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic weighted arithmetic average operator, the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic ordered weighted average operator, the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic hybrid weighted average operator, the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic weighted geometric average operator, the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic ordered weighted geometric operator, and the q-rung orthopair uncertain linguistic hybrid weighted geometric operator. Then, some desirable properties and special cases of these new operators are also investigated and studied, in particular, some existing intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators and Pythagorean fuzzy aggregation operators are proved to be special cases of these new operators. Furthermore, based on these proposed operators, we develop an approach to solve the multiple attribute group decision making problems, in which the evaluation information is expressed as q-rung orthopair ULVs. Finally, we provide several examples to illustrate the specific decision-making steps and explain the validity and feasibility of two methods by comparing with other methods.  相似文献
